YES, research has shown that on normal and healthy teeth there is no adverse effects on the tooth's enamel.

* How long will the results last?
For most people, results will last several months, however exposure to smoking and/or the ingestion of dark pigmented food/drinks will cause the teeth to darken again over time.

It is not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing, or children under 14.
* What is the recommended treatment time and frequency?
It is not recommended to perform more the two 20 minute treatments in one day. Repeating the treatment once every 4-6 months is recommended to help maintain your beautiful smile.
